Room information

Our rooms create a clear sense of freedom and comfort. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses are orthopaedic for a very relaxing night's sleep.

There is also a large desk with a modem connection, which is spacious enough to work in full comfort.

Food and beverages

Every morning from 06:45 to 10:00 (07:30 to 10:30 on weekends), a generous buffet breakfast is served in a special breakfast room.

Area information

Situated near the trade fair district, just a few minutes from the city centre, the railway station, the airport and motorway link roads, the hotel has its own car park and is near busy public transport routes.

Founded by the Etruscans and with its strategic position on the North-South trade route, Bologna has a long cultural history. The oldest University in Europe continues to attract students from all over Italy as well as from other countries, and this has always contributed to the lively intellectual climate of the city.
Bologna has long been famous as a centre of liberal ideas and of commerce and enterprise. Today it is still an important business and industrial centre for North Italy. There is still a largely medieval centre "within the walls" with a maze of charming backstreets. The best known architectural aspect of the city is probably the "portici" the famous arcades which line the streets of the city.
Bologna is still relatively undiscovered by tourism, so foreign students have an opportunity to really get to know the Bolognesi. Finally, Bologna has long been famous throughout Italy for its culinary tradition.

By car from Ancona (A14):
Motorway exit: "Bologna S.Lazzaro"; then take the Bologna bypass in the Milan-Padua direction. Come off it at exit 7 "Centre/Via Stalingrado".
By car from Milan (A1):
Motorway exit "Bologna Borgo Panigale"; then take the Bologna bypass in the Ancona direction. Come off it at exit 7 " Centre /Via Stalingrado".
By car from Padua (A13):
Motorway exit: "Bologna Arcoveggio"; then take the Bologna bypass and leave it at exit 7bis "Ferrara"; immediately after the exit, keep to the left and turn off immediately at the intersection on the left. Then take Via Stalingrado in the "Centre/Via Stalingrado" direction
By car from Florence (A1):
Motorway exit: "Bologna Casalecchio"; then take the Bologna bypass in the Ancona direction. Come off it at exit 7 " Centre /Via Stalingrado"

After the bypass exit:
continue down Via Stalingrado following the signs until the fifth traffic light, then turn right into Via della Liberazione. At the first traffic light turn right into Via Ferrarese and continue for 500 metres. The Hotel is on the right, in an internal building, number 161.

GUGLIELMO MARCONI AIRPORT
By car: take the Bologna bypass in the Ancona direction until exit 7 "Centre/Via Stalingrado", continue down Via Stalingrado following the signs until the fifth traffic light, then turn right into Via della Liberazione. At the first traffic light turn right into Via Ferrarese and continue for 500 metres. The Hotel is on the right, in an internal building, number 161.
By Taxi: there are always taxis waiting outside the terminal building.

CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION, PIAZZA MEDAGLIE D'ORO
By Taxi: there are always taxis waiting in the square.
By Bus: No. 25 direction P.zza dell'Unità / Via del Gomito. The bus stop is in Viale Pietramellara, in front of P.zza Medaglie d'Oro. In 10 minutes, after 5 stops, get off at the "Casaralta" stop, which is 50 metres from the Hotel. Bus tickets can be bought from the ATC office in the square in front of the station or from any tobacconist’s or newsagent.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
