AC Firenze is located on the former plot of the Leopolda Station, across from the Piazzale di Porta al Prato. It also benefits from being close to the popular Fortezza da Basso and Florence's shopping district.

The AC Lounge is a new concept that allows you to work, relax, have a drink, read the paper or a book, watch TV or simply feel at home, 24-hours a day. In the AC fitness centre, you will find all the equipment and space you need to keep in shape.

Hotel information

The hotel has areas reserved for private and company meetings, top level conventions and training courses. Spacious lounges, magnificent tables, swivel and lay back chairs, as well as all the latest technology, make AC Forum the ideal business centre.

Fully-equipped for business events, the hotel offers computer equipment, printers, photocopying and fax services, translations, hostesses, secretaries, flight reservations, car rental and internet connection (on request and at an additional cost). The 2 rooms have a maximum capacity of 220 people and special lunches can be arranged for groups on request.

Food and beverages

The rich buffet breakfast, designed to cater to dietary requirements and varied tastes, is served from 07:00 to 10:00 during the week and until 11:00 at weekends.

At lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:30-22:00) you can enjoy tasty cuisine in the elegant and tranquil setting of the hotel restaurant. The menu combines elaborate variations on simple meals made with fresh market products.

At lunchtime it is also possible to pre-book a variety of special lunches for groups.

Tourists information

From Florence Airport:
It is a 10 minute taxi journey to central Florence or 15 minutes with the public shuttle service to Santa Maria Novella train station. From there, follow the below directions.

From Santa Maria Novella train station (700 metres):
The hotel is 5 minutes by taxi or 10 minutes' walk away. Alternatively you can take the bus to Viale Rosselli (bus stop in front of Stazione Leopolda).

By Car:
From the North:
- Exit at Firenze Nord (A11/A1).
- Follow signs for Porta al Prato.
- On the right-hand side you will see the old train station, Leopolda.
- Turn right here and at the end of Via Bausi you will find Hotel AC Firenze.

From the South:
- Exit at Firenze (A1) Sud.
- Follow signs for Centro and then Porta al Prato.
- Follow the above directions.

Payment Information:
On arrival, guests will need to show ID. Payment is required at check-out. No deposit is required except for reservations during specials events.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
