Hotel Airone is located just 4 km from the International Amerigo Vespucci Airport. Situated in a quiet residential area, it is the perfect choice for a business jorney or for a relaxing stay.

It is easily reachable from A1 Motorway (Firenze-nord exit), railway station and ring roads.

Each of the 32 comfortable rooms is furnished in a traditional Florentine style and equipped with: air conditioning; direct-dial telephone; colour TV; minibar; safe and; private bathroom with hairdryer.

Food and beverages

You can start the day with a buffet in the breakfast room, with beautiful views over the hotel garden.

Breakfast is served from 07.30 - 09.30 each day.

Area information

Florence offers a wealth of sights of cultural and historical interest, including:

- Santa Maria del Fiore: Known as The Duomo, it offers panormaic views over the city.
- Piazza della Signoria: Bartolommeo Ammanati's Fountain of Neptune, a marble sculpture on the edge of a still functioning Roman aqueduct.
- The Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge): Held up by stilts and lined with shops, this is the only bridge inthe city to have survived World War II intact.

By car:

From the highway:
- Exit at Florence Nord.
- Pass the city airport, and continue to drive in the direction of Centro and Viali di Circonvallazione, through Via di Novoli.
- After the bridge, turn right into Viale Redi.
- The third street on your left is Via Toselli, here you will find the hotel.

From the airport:
- Drive in the direction of Centro and Viali di Circonvallazione, through Via di Novoli.

Fromthe railways station:
- Drive through Via della Scala to Porta al Prato Square.
- Continue straight into Via delle Porte Nuove to Via Toselli, here youwill find the hotel.


By bus:

From the railways station:
- Take bus number 17 from Piazza Adua Square, facing the Railway Station, to Piazza Puccini Square; the Hotel Airone is within 2 minutes walking from the bus stop.
Altenatively, you can take bus number 30 from Piazza dell Stazione Square to Piazza Puccini Square.

Tickets are available in all Bar tabacchi and newspaper kiosks.

From the airport:
There is a free shuttle bus service every 30 minutes from the airport to the Santa Maria Novella railway station.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
