Surrounded and protected by a maze of ancient streets dating back to Dante's era and by awesome Florentine monuments, the Bigallo Hotel is located in the heart of Florence in a Renaissance palace on the "Loggia del Bigallo" and overlooks Duomo Square and the Baptistery. It is a very quiet and cosy hotel with wonderfull rooms and large suites, all smartly furnished. Most of the rooms enjoy a superb view of the Cathedral.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
