By Car:
- Take the Autostrada del Sole.
- Exit onto the A1 towards Tangenziale Ovest/E35/Bologna.
- Join the E76/A11 towards Pisa Nord/Prato Est/ E80/ A12/ Genova/Livorno.
- Keep to the the left at the junction and follow the signs towards Firenze/Firenze Centro.
- Join the A11/E76.
- Turn right into Via Giovanni Piantanida.
- Turn right into Via del Palagio degli Spini.
- Turn right into Via Pratese.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
