Our new apartments where completely restructured on February 2005. We are located ONLY 50 mt distance from Hotel Alamanni, 200 mt from Santa Maria Novella Station, 100 mt from Fortress Da Basso and 150 mt from the Conference Centre; within walking distance from the Duomo and from the most important and popular Museums and Monuments. Check-in and
check-out MUST be made to Hotel ALAMANNI's reception. The Apartments are fully
equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator and wash plates-machine, A/C
and Private bathroom w/shower.

Parking is in the garage by the Alamanni hotel.

Food and beverages

The breakfast will be served at the Alamanni Hotel.

Tourists information

Check-In and Check-Out must be duet at the reception of the Hotel Alamanni, Via Luigi Alamanni 35, 50123 Florence, only 50 metres away from where our apartments are located.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the business centre only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby.
Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
