Set in a renovated early 20th century residence less than 1 km from the Fortezza da Basso exhibition centre, this 3-star hotel is also just a 15-minute walk from the city centre.

With the train station a short walk away and the main road around central Florence also close by, this hotel is easily accessible. Reserve a space in the on-site car park to really make your stay easy.

Most of the attractive, spacious en suite bedrooms are located to the rear of the hotel, meaning that they are quiet. Some rooms are also situated in the annexe in the hotel's private courtyard, which is even more peaceful. Breakfast is served in a comfortable lounge with sofas set on the first floor, or if you prefer, you can even request it to be delivered to your room.

Food and beverages

The buffet breakfast offers a choice of cappuccino, coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, croissants (filled and plain), tasty rolls, biscuits, yoghurt and a large range of jams and honey.

For lunch and your evening meal, there are a lot of restaurants and characteristic bars near the hotel where you can enjoy some typical food and drink a glass of good Chianti.

By Air:
From Pisa-Galileo Galilei Airport, the easiest way to reach the hotel is to take the train to Florence, departing every hour.

From Florence-Amerigo Vespucci Airport take the shuttle bus to Florence Santa Maria Novella Station. Alternatively, a taxi to the hotel will take about 10 minutes.

By Train:
From Santa Maria Novella train station you can walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes. You can also take bus 13 for 3 stops, or if you have a lot of luggage, it would be best to take a taxi.

By Car:
- Leave the A1 at the Firenze Nord exit.
- Follow the signs to Firenze Centro.
- When you arrive at Mugnone bridge, take the first road on the right and you will reach the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
