The Hotel is located in the north-west of Florence, it is easy to reach from the exit of the A1-A11 motorways and from the A.Vespucci airport and is also well connected by public transport to the city centre and Exhibition Area (Fortezza da Basso/Business Centre/Congress Centre).

The hotel's relaxed familiar atmosphere guarantees clients a pleasant and peaceful stay in a friendly and informal environment, offering all home comforts and air conditioning throughout.

Room information

The hotel's 35 rooms, many with balcony and distributed over three floors, are comfortably furnished, each with en suite bathroom with shower, self-adjustable heating and air conditioning , satellite television and direct telephone.

The hotel offers various room types to fully satisfy the requirements of all our guests: single rooms, twin, triple rooms, ideal for a family stay.

Two rooms have been specially fitted for disabled guests and are easily accessible by the elevator.

Food and beverages

Each morning a full breakfast buffet is served in the large breakfast room where a choice of delicious Italian pastries and freshly baked brioches are presented alongside a generous selection of sliced meats, fresh bread, yogurt, breakfast cereals, seasonal fruit accompanied by fruit juices, coffee and cappuccino to satisfy the morning customs of the hotel's valued clientele.

Reaching Hotel Rosina couldn't be easier; the hotel is situated in North-West Florence in the Novoli district, a dynamic and commercially productive area where the new University and Administration fulcrum is located, just a few minutes from the exit of the A1/A11 motorway and from the "A. Vespucci" airport of Florence. It is also well connected by public transport to the city centre and Exhibition Area (Business Centre - Congress Centre - Fortezza da Basso).

Tourists information

BY CAR: The hotel is located just a few minutes from the toll way of Firenze Nord/Ovest (North-West Florence). When travelling from any Italian city (Milan, Bologna, Rome, Versilia), exit at the toll way "Firenze Nord" and continue towards Novoli, taking Viale Guidoni on the right hand side of the dividing traffic island. Take the fifth street on the right opposite the Ortofrutticolo Market (old entrance).

BY PLANE: The hotel is situated just a few minutes from the "A. Vespucci" airport of Florence; we suggest you take a taxi to the hotel, but it is also possible to reach us on foot.

BY TRAIN: Santa Maria Novella Train Station - At the exit of the station you will find the bus-stop for Bus 22 (destination "via Lippi e Macia"). This bus will take you to the hotel in around 10 minutes: simply get off at the second stop in Viale Guidoni or else at the last stop which will drop you off at the end of the road to the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.
