All our rooms are named after flowers and have frescoes on the walls. In addition to the facilities listed in each room type, they also all have an LCD TV with pay-per-view Sky channels.

Our residence is located in the heart of the ancient town of Lucca, inside the town walls. It is near the Piazza Anfiteatro and a short distance from the most important buildings and historical churches. It is very easy to reach, either by train or by car; the rail station is approximately 1 km away and highway Firenze-Mare is 1.5km.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
