Our guesthouse is a renowned former residence of an aristocratic Lucchese family in front of San Michele, the oldest part of the wonderful town of Lucca.

As a result of our privileged position the major attractions are close by, so our guests can choose a different kind of holiday every day. We are ideally located near the restaurants, bars, shops and wonderful monuments. Thanks to our strategic situation, our guests can also easily visit other towns, for example Pisa and Florence, there is a golf course 3 km away or you could simply spend the day on the beach. We recommend you start your day with our continental breakfast, when you return you can enjoy a relaxing evening stroll through the quaint and picturesque streets.

The rooms are warmly and brightly decorated; the old style rooms complement their location in the walled city of Lucca perfectly.

Tourists information

By Car:
- Enter the town by Porta Santa Maria; it is in the north part of the town.
- Take Via dei Carrozzieri, the first road on your right when you enter.
- Then follow Via Della Cavallerizza and Via Cesare Battisti.
- You will reach Piazza San Salvatore, after the square you will see Via Calderia and there we are on the corner.

We advise our customers to leave their cars in Carducci Parking, the cheapest on payment, and come by public transport.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
Full English breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.
American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
