Located in the historical centre of Mestre in pedestrian area with limited traffic 20 min far from Venice and its lagoon to which is linked by a frequent bus service (every 10 min.).
The hotel's position is excellent both for businessmen and tourists: Venice International Airport (20 min.) Venice Mestre Railway Station (10 min.) and the Historical Venice centre (20 min.) are within easy reach with buses leaving right outside our Hotel; all the main Italian motorways are connected to us in 5 min. (1 km. "Castellana junction").

All the hotel rooms are tastefully and particularly quiet, fitted up with all comforts : private bathroom or shower, direct dial telephone, color Tv with satellite channels, individual air conditioning, hair dryer, minibar, radio, safe.

Area information

Our hotel is located in the city centre of Mestre in a limited traffic area close to the commercial centre. Very easy to reach the historical centre of Venice by public bus leaving in front of the hotel.

From the highway 3rd exit called "Castellana" then follow the sign to city centre
from the railway station bus n°2 or 15 or 3
from the airport bus n° 15

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
