The Residence Golf Hotel has 69 double rooms, all furnished and decorated in a minimalist style. All the rooms offer pay-TV service, several satellite channels, internet points, air conditioning, security box, phone, minibar and breakfast room service. All the rooms are large and comfortable. We offer an indoor parking facility included in the price of the room and free shuttle bus to go to the underground, on request.
We have agreements with golf courses for admission and use of the training course. Golf courses are 3km from our hotel.

The Residence Golf Hotel is situated on top of the commercial centre Coop that has more than 20 stores and a supermarket inside.
We offer a 24-hour restaurant and bar-lounge service.
The Residence Golf Hotel has a 600 square metre congress centre inside the building. Shuttle bus to city centre of Milan on request.

Room information

The Residence Golf Hotel has 69 rooms, 34 "formula residence" and 35 "formula hotel". All the rooms are comfortable. The "formula residence" has one-bedroom flats, 30 square metres, and 2-bedroom flats, 40 square metres. All are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen including set of saucepans and electrical appliances.
The "formula hotel" offers different kinds of rooms: double rooms, double rooms for single use, triple rooms, 4-bed rooms, smoking or non-smoking rooms and handicap rooms.

Food and beverages

The Residence Golf Hotel has a good restaurant, open from 19.30 to 22.30 with different menus. 24 hours bar-lounge service. You can have breakfast from 7.00 to 10.00, and it is possible, included in the price of the room, to have breakfast room service. In the buffet breakfast you can find: cakes, brioches, yoghurt, cheese, ham, jam, fruit, cornflakes, milk, tea, coffee etc.

Area information

The Residence Golf Hotel is situated in the southern district of Milan, easy to reach from all the highways (Bologna and Genoa), on Tangenziale Ovest and East. The hotel is 8km from the downtown, 15 km from Linate airport and 45 km from Malpensa airport. The hotel is in a good position for golf players because we are near Golf Tolcinasco and Golf Le Rovedine (only 4km from the hotel).

Tourists information

The Residence Golf Hotel is on Tangenziale Ovest exit "Valtidone Vignetina Opera". After exit Opera follow for Pieve Emanuele, exit Pieve Emanuele. The hotel is 500 metres on the right near the COOP.

Remarks

The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the underground station or the Tram station.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
