As The Place - Manzoni is a luxury serviced apartment, check-in is operated on appointment, so please arrange your expected arrival time with the staff and inform them about your flight details.

The payment of 80% of the total amount is charged 20 days before arrival.

Room information

In one-bedroom apartment up to four people can be
accommodated for the price given and a fifth person on extra bed at a
charge of 10%.
In two-bedroom apartment 6 people can be accommodated for
the price in the site and a seventh person on extra bed at a charge of
10%.

Food and beverages

On your arrival you will find any grocery product or macrobiotic/organic item you wish, just order it in advance from staff. Any kind of meal or pizza can be delivered to the apartment on request.

For a very special occasion, or just for your pleasure, a private chef can prepare and serve a refined lunch or dinner directly in your Suite. You could also pick up his professional tips if you wish to learn more about your favourite Italian dishes.

A good choice for shopping addicts, the accommodation is located between La Scala, Brera and the fashion district right in the heart of Milan.

Tourists information

On request, professional private transportation can be arranged to the Suite.

By Taxi:
You can take a taxi from Linate or Malpensa, or from the main stations.

By Train:
From Malpensa, the Malpensa Express is an efficient train service.

The subway stops Duomo and Montenapoleone are just 5 minutes from the apartment.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
80 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 20 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day.
