The villa was completely restructured and is considered a building of historical and architectural value, dating back to the ’20. It is located near the thermal park, not far from the city centre and the shopping area. Its quite setting in a residential quarter. The Hotel gives guests the possibility to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.

Coming from Rome or Milan follow the A1 highway to Florence, at Firenze Nord take the A11 to Pisa-Livorno and get out at the exit Montecatini Terme.
Coming from Genoa or Livorno follow A11 highway to Florence and get out at the exit Montecatini Terme.
From the exit Highway of Montecatini Terme, straight on, direction Piazza del Popolo (Main square), across the square then right in IV November street, the 2nd street on the left in Via Rosselli and we are at number 10.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
