The Hotel has a modern Conference Centre with many modular halls (seating 2 to 400), back projection, control room, ISDN and ADSL Wireless, audio-visual, simultaneous translation, secretary desk, press room, small meeting rooms and exhibitions.
In the Hotel there is a Free ADSL Internet Point, Bar, swimming pool with hydro-massage for adults and a small one for children, solarium.In front of the Hotel there is a Equipped Beach, Bus stop and Taxi.

Room information

The Hotel has 50 rooms and 30 mini-apartments: (for 2-6 persons) non-toxic materials, small kitchen, bath, air conditioned, Sat and PayTV, mini bar, telephone, safe, hairdryer. Many of our rooms have a beautifull seaview of Mondello's gulf.

Food and beverages

Inside of the Hotel there is the "Graffiti" Restaurant and Banqueting where you can be delited with Sicilian, international & nouvelle cuisine and taste a delicious pizza cooked in a wooden oven.

Tourists information

From either the A19 Catania – Palermo or A29 Trapani – Palermo:
- Exit at Tommaso Natale.
- Follow the directions to Mondello.
- When you arrive at Valdesi’s roundabout, in front of the beach, turn right towards Addaura.
- In front of Roosevelt’s small port is the Addaura Hotel.

From Palermo’s Port:
- From the port’s exit, turn right.
- Follow Via dei Cantieri (in the direction of Villa Igiea).
- When you pass the small towns Acqua Santa, Arenella and Vergine Maria, continue along Addaura’s shore to the Addaura Hotel Residence.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 44.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 7.00 per hour.
