This charming ‘residential village’, located on a scenic hill, is in close proximity to the lively centre of Rome and 2 km from Ciampino Airport.

The residential complex is composed of 65 rooms and apartments, all of which are finely-furnished and are equipped with a terrace or garden. When you are not visiting the Eternal City, you could make use of the hotel’s 3 tennis courts with flood lights, or unwind in the ample swimming pool.

In the evening, stroll to the Club House in the centre of the complex which boasts a plasma TV and lounge where you can sip wine with friends by the big fireplace.

This residential complex has been converted from a small, ancient farm. The complex sits on a lush green hill with fields all around. The picturesque setting adds to the tranquil, relaxing atmosphere.

The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.

Room information

Single and double apartments include a second room and extra beds can be added. Please contact the hotel when making a booking if extra beds are required.

Apartments also include a living room, one or 2 bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware.

Food and beverages

If requested at reservation, breakfasts are available. Breakfast will be prepared in the kitchen and includes coffee, milk, biscotti and croissant.

Sanctuary of Our Lady of Divine Love - 2 km - The sanctuary is the ultimate destination of many pilgrimages to Rome and the history of the site dates back to the 13th century.

- Join the GRA and take exit 24 Ardeatina.
- It is 2 km to the Sanctuary of Divine Love and the hotel.

By Train:
From Termini station, take the Laurentina metro line B.

By Plane:
- From Ciampino airport, it is just 10 minutes by taxi.
- From Fiumicino airport, it is just 10 minutes by taxi.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
