All the rooms are equipped with private bathroom, satellite T.V, hairdryer, direct dialing telephone, internet access. You may also use our safe deposit box service free of charge. In the summer air conditioning with individual regulation.

Food and beverages

We have a very good and large self service breakfast.
If you come after 10.00 you will never loose your breakfast by us.
In summer you can take the breakfast inside and bring it and eat it in our nice garden.
We serve also lunch and dinner (in summer in our garden) at very reasonable prices.

We are situated in the nicer district of Rome called parioli, green and quiet.

Tourists information

From the airport : Taking the scheduled train from Fiumicino Airport you will be at Roma Termini railway station in approx. 30 min. Just outside the station is the bus stop. The N° 360MUSE bus will take you directly at Piazza Delle Muse (with your back to the station the bus is going from left to right). We are located 100mt, or one block, before this stop.

From the major routes: Take the motorway around the city called G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare). From there, you have to take the exit N° 8 , direction "Salaria - Roma Centro". At this point follow the map attached on our file. In any case, when you are driving your reference points are "Piazza Ungheria / Piazza delle Muse" Parioli discrict.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
