All motorways with exit Rome meet up with the great ring road (G.R.A.)
From North towards Rome, A1 exit Settebagni, continue along the Via Salaria and follow directions to Roma Centro, Via Veneto, Via Bissolati and Piazza della Repubblica, Via Nazionale
From South towards Rome, A1 take directions for Roma Centro, after tollgate follow directions for Appia. Continue along the ring road and exit Appio/San Giovanni. Follow directions for San Giovanni and Santa Maria Maggio

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
