Principessa Tea is located within walking distance of many of Rome’s most popular tourist attractions including Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese and Trevi Fountain. The fifth and sixth floors of the hotel are currently being restored. A special rate will be applied to these rooms.

Tourists information

By Bus (from Termini train station):
- Take bus 910 and get off at the last stop of Via Piemontye.
- From here the hotel is 100 metres away.

By Limousine / Minivan:
- The hotel can arrange a limousine or a minivan to pick you up from the airport (at an additional cost). Please inform the hotel of your flight details if you wan to use this service, or contact the hotel for further details.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
