Residenza Belli is situated in Rome, in the centre of Trastevere, a picturesque medieval area located on the west bank of the Tiber.

The area escaped the grand developments which changed the face of central Rome, and is a charming place to wander, eat or relax.

The residence is 15 minutes walk from the Historical Roman Centre (Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Vatican and so on).

All the rooms (non smoking) have private bathrooms and breakfast (hot drink and croissant).

Please take note that reception closes at 20:00. You are kindly requested to inform the hotel about the approximate time and place of your arrival in Rome, so that they can arrange to wait for you if necessary.

The Residenza Belli is situated on the ground floor of a typical building in the area of Trastevere, which is an old and natural part of Rome.

Food and beverages

The italian breakfast is served every morning from 7.00 in the cosy bar next-door. The breakfast is made up of coffee and a croissant.

While Rome entices with its extraordinary monuments, Trastevere captures the traveller’s heart. Trastevere, which translates literally to "across the Tiber," was once considered the outskirts of Rome. Allowed to develop its own flavour and now part of the historical centre, it's the perfect place to glimpse a bit of the old world while still enjoying the lifestyle of today's Romans. Often described as Bohemian, homes bedecked with flower boxes and clinging ivy intertwine with coffee bars, restaurants, and one-of-a-kind boutiques. Buildings in terracotta, maize, and wine cast a glow, like a daylong sunset. From the cobblestone streets to the overhanging laundry lines, senses are pleasantly awakened with every step.

Tourists information

From the Fiumicino airport:
- take the direct train to the Termini station and from there bus line H or 75
- In both cases get off at the Ministero Della Pubblica Istruzione station.

From the Ciampino airport:
- Take the public bus to the Anagnina subway station
- From there the subway A line to the Termini station and then follow the above directions.

Payment is to be made upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
