Our hotel is located, just 4 km away from the famous town of San Gimignano. Perched high atop a vast hill it offers some of the most breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside.
Our location is ideal for day-tripping in Chianti, approximately 45 minutes to either Florence or Siena.

Tourists information

The Podere La Costa is easy to find. If arriving by car from Rome or Milan from the A1 highway, exit "Firenze Certosa", take the "Firenze-Siena" motorway going toward Siena and exit at "Poggibonsi Nord". Follow the signs for "San Gimignano" for approximately 7.5 km. To your right will see an unpaved road with a small church at the very edge road which is marked "Pietrafitta" in red, there is also a sign "Pietrafitta 1", take this unpaved road for approximately 1.3 km and will see a sign "Podere La Costa", this the main driveway. Go to the reception to advice of your arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
