This large resort is nestled in 72 hectares of greenery on the southern Sicilian coast, next to long sandy beaches and close to the protected marine area of Plemmirio.

On arrival you will find yourself immersed in a natural oasis, surrounded by crystal clear waters and evergreen countryside, where you can paddle in the sea and wander aimlessly amidst the local flora and fauna.

Hotel information

The resort is home to a modern, well equipped conference centre which can host events for up to 300 people.

The wellness and fitness centre will open in May 2007.

Room information

The hotel's spacious and bright rooms are situated in both the central part of the village and in the villettes close by, on the ground or first floor.

The hotel complex has 460 rooms divided into Double, Triple and Quadruple rooms, which are elegantly furnished and equipped with hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box and minibar (the minibar is empty on arrival, drinks can be purchased from reception). Each room also boasts a private terrace.

Quadruple Rooms are divided into 2 spaces: a living room with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed; the bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks.

Extra beds: 30% discount on normal adult rate.

Food and beverages

Delicious buffets, consisting of Mediterranean and regional dishes, are served in the restaurant in the main building at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Soft drinks, mineral water and wine are all available with the meals. Arenella also places high emphasis on service and will assist you at both the buffet and your table.

The opening times are as follows:
Breakfast: 07:30 - 10:00
Lunch: 12:30 - 14:00
Dinner: 19:30 - 21:00

The hotel also has an outdoor terrace restaurant with a view of the garden.

Every week you can enjoy the hotel's 2 special dinners: one is typically Sicilian and the other is a gala dinner.

Area information

Located on the main train line on the southern Sicilian coast, Siracusa is ideally positioned for making sightseeing trips to stunning Taormina (135 km) to the east and Noto (30 km) to the west. You can also discover less known, but no less interesting, towns such as Ragusa, Modica and Palazzolo Acreide or the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cava Grande.

By Plane:
From Catania-Fontanarossa Airport:
- Follow signs to Syracusa on the SS114 motorway for 70 km.
- Turn towards the south of Syracuse and continue until you reach the town of Cassibile.
- Follow the signs to the resort.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person for cots.
One child under 8 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child under 8 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
