Nestled in the heart of Ortigia Island, in the historical centre of Syracuse, this bed and breakfast was created from a recent restoration of an attractive 19th century building.

The residence’s 9 rooms are equipped with all modern comforts, including private bathrooms and satellite TV.

Start you day with a hearty Italian breakfast of cakes and jam tarts cooked by the owner, before exploring the fascinating, historical town.

The warm and comfortable rooms are equipped with all modern facilities. Several of the rooms on the ground floor are equipped with a balcony that opens onto the underneath court, and these can become family rooms with 4 beds on request.

The room rate includes use of all the room's facilities and breakfast.

Food and beverages

From the end of October until the end of March breakfast will be served at the bar patisserie Antica Pasticceria Corsino which has an agreement with our hotel.

By Plane:
From Catania ‘Fontanarossa’ Airport:
- Follow the road signs in the direction of Syracuse, until you reach the exit for South Syracuse.
- Continue along this road until you reach the city of Syracuse, following the road signs to the train station and Historical Ortigia City Centre.
- You will reach Malta Street and should then follow the street until you reach Umbertino bridge and go beyond it.
- You will reach XXV Luglio Square; on your left you will find the dedicated Apollo's Dorian Temple.
- Turn right onto the main street, Giacomo Matteotti, and you will reach the beautiful Archimede square of Syracuse; follow this street and turn left onto Maestranza Street.
- After 100 metres, turn again to the left onto Santo Coronato Road.
- Follow the signs to B&B Magnolia, which will lead you into Bentivegna alleyway in Syracuse.

By Train:
From Siracusa station, follow the road signs to the Historical Ortigia City Centre, crossing Francesco Crispi Street and the Malta Street.
- Continue until you reach Umbertino Bridge and go beyond it. You will reach XXV Luglio Square; on your left you will find the dedicated Apollo's Dorian Temple.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
