Hotel Britannia is superbly positioned between fragrant citrus groves
and the panoramic road directly above the sea going from Sorrento to
the tip of Sorrentina Peninsula. Thanks to its location, you can
easily reach (in just a few minutes) the centre of Sorrento by foot, or by car or public transport (bus stop is right outside hotel).
Excursion to Capri, the Amalfi Coast, Pompei and Vesuvius are also easily arranged using the excellent sea and land transport services.

Ideal for longer stays, our family room with terrace and all facilities is perfect for families or groups of friends who can enjoy the courteous and friendly atmosphere.
A few metres away from the hotel, there is a path down the sea.

Tourists information

By Car:
Take the A3 Naples-Pompeii-Salerno motorway.
Exit at Castellamaredi Stabia taking the main SS145 Sorrento road which runs down the Peninsula along the coast as far as Meta.
Drive down Corso Italia for about 4 km until you reach Sorrento.

By Train:
From the Central Train Station in Naples at Piazza Garibaldi, you can take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento (about 1 hour). From Sorrento station take a taxi or A-line bus.

By Aeroplane:
The nearest airport is Naples Capodichino. From the airport, you can catch the airport shuttle bus in the direction of Sorrento or take a taxi.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
