The hotel is located 50 meters from the Grand Canal, in the Rialto neighborhood, it can easily be reached either on foot or using public transportation. Indeed, it is just a few steps away from one of the most popular places in the city, the Rialto market, where art and history commingle with the simplicity of daily life. From here, it is only five-minutes’ walk to such places as the Scuola Grande of San Rocco, the Basilica of the Frari, Ca’ Pesaro Modern Art Museum, as well as the Rialto Bridge and Campo San Polo – which is an important venue during the Venice Carnival and during the Venice Film Festival (when the square is turned into an open-air cinema).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
