The Hotel is easily reachable. Located 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma parking/bus terminal and 10 minutes from Santa Lucia railway station. Away from the San Marco crowd, the famous piazza and Basilica are only 20 minutes walking distance. Venice is completely accessible by foot and is the best way to discover its hidden wonders.

Room information

The hotel hasr 11 furnished rooms with en suite bathrooms, all completely remodeled in 2004. All the rooms have a wonderful view either of the quiet canal, the garden/church of the Tolentini, or of the red roofs of Venice. In the summer enjoy the buffet breakfast served outside in the garden!

Food and beverages

The hotel's restaurant "Ribò" serves Tuscan meat and fish specialities fresh from the market. For our special guests of Locanda Salieri, we offer a 10% discount on the carte.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.
