Short description

We began our activity during the World War One when a friend of the family, then consul of England, had the good idea to transform the palace where we lived into a Pension to give hospitality to the numerous tourists who came to visit Venice. In the beginning our clientele was prevalently from England, but quickly the Pension was well known and now we have guests from all over the world. The Pension has our surname and maintains its traditional character so you can be sure of a warm and friendly welcome whenever you stay. We hope to carry on the family tradition for a long time.

Almost all of the rooms have a view over the Canal, different types of rooms depending on availability.

Food and beverages

The restaurant is reserved exclusively for guests. On request, the hotel can prepare vegetarian dishes.

The hotel boasts an extremely central position.

Tourists information

By Boat:
Take boat number one and stop in Accamedia. Alternatively, take boat number 51 or 82 and stop in Zattere.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
