Located in the heart of Cannareggio, one of the most important and ancient districts of Venice, this new 4-star hotel, set within a historic palazzo dating back to the 15th century, faces the Rio Santa Sofia Canal. Skillful and careful renovation has restored this historic palazzo it to its former glory, paying maximum attention to every detail.

After a long day you can enjoy a cocktail in the American Bar before retiring to one of the 37 rooms, each one furnished in Classic Venetian Style and equipped with every modern comfort.

Tourists information

By Car:
- Take the A4 motorway.
- Exit at Venezia.
- Cross Ponte della Libertà towards Piazzale Roma, where you can park your car.

From Piazzale Roma (car terminal):
Get the public boat (called vaporetto), line 1, in the direction of Lido. Get off in Cà d’Oro. Cross the main street, Strada Nova, into Calle de le Vele. Cross the bridge and turn on your right close to Rio Santa Sofia Canal, you will find the hotel at 50 metres along. Alternatively, from the dock of the airport you can take a private water taxi to arrive in front of the UNA Hotel Venice.

By Air:
From Marco Polo Airport: Take the ACTV bus number 5, or blue bus in the direction of Venice.

By Train:
Immediately outside Santa Lucia Railway Station, take the public boat (vaporetto), line 1, in the direction Lido. Get off in Cà d’Oro.

Remarks

A 3rd bed is only available in Executive, Junior Suites or Suites.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 0 to 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 11 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
