Located on the first floor of a historical palace in the heart of Florence, the property is just a few steps away from the Duomo and Santa Croce Church.

Completely restructured in 2005, the guest house has been in the current owner’s family since the beginning of the 1900’s, and now offers 6 rooms, each one tastefully decorated with original 19th and 20th-century furniture.

The friendly staff will be happy to assist you with a full museum and restaurant reservation service, as well as good suggestions on what to visit around the city, wine tasting, one day tours in Chianti and in other Tuscan beautiful cities.

Hotel znajduje się także w pobliżu głównych florenckich teatrów (pomiędzy Teatrem Pergola i Teatrem Verdi) oraz wielu typowych restauracji, kawiarni, winiarni i nocnych klubów, które sprawiają, że okolica tętni życiem dniem i nocą. Pchli targ znajduje się zaledwie 2 minuty, a targ Sant'Ambrogio - 5 minut od hotelu.

By Car:
From the South:
- Take the A1 highway.
- Exit at Firenze Sud.
- Follow the signs for Firenze Centro.
- Cross the river Arno and you will be on the Viali of Circonvallazione.
- Just before Piazza Beccaria, at the traffic lights, turn left around a modern building and then right, towards the traffic lights next to this building.
- You will enter Via dell'Agnolo.
- Go straight till Via Verdi and turn right.
- Continue until you reach Piazza Salvemini, Via Fiesolana is the street right in front of you.
- After few metres you will find the hotel on your left-hand side, house number 1.

From the North:
- Take the A1 highway.
- Exit at Firenze Nord.
- Follow the signs for the city centre, Firenze Centro.
- Then look for the signs for Viali of Circonvallazione, until you find Piazza della Libertà, Piazza Donatello, and finally Piazza Beccaria.
- At the first set of traffic lights after Piazza Beccaria, turn right into Via dell'Agnolo.
- Go straight till Via Verdi and turn right.
- Continue until you reach Piazza Salvemini, Via Fiesolana is the street right in front of you.
- After few meters you can find the hotel on your left-hand side, house number 1.

By Air:
- Airport Amerigo Vespucci of Florence is 5 km from the city centre. You can reach Casa Rovai by taxi or by bus. The bus will take you to the main railway station (S.M.Novella), from here you can walk or get another bus.
- Airport Galileo Galilei of Pisa is 90 km from Florence. Take the train leaving directly from the airport to S.M.Novella of Florence.

By Train:
From the railway station (Santa Maria Novella):
- By taxi: you can find a taxi stand in front of the railway station.

- By bus: the bus stops are in front of the railway station, on the right side when you get off. You can buy the tickets at the train station, you will find newspaper shops to buy them. Take bus number 14 (direction Via Ripa or Il Girone) and get off at the fifth stop, in Via Ghibellina at the corner with Via Verdi (second stop in Via Ghibellina). Walk towards Piazza Salvemini going back in Via Verdi, turning on the right and going straight until Salvemini Square and then continue straight in Via Fiesolana.

- On foot: from the station walk in the direction of Piazza del Duomo, along Via Cerretani. Walk across Piazza del Duomo and you will find Via dell'Oriuolo. Go straight until you reach Piazza Salvemini, turn left into Via Fiesolana. the hotel is on your left, number 1 (the blue building).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 30.00 per day.
