The tastefully appointed accommodation is just over the road from four bus lines, meaning that you are never more than 10 minutes from a stroll along the streets of renaissance Florence. The Congress pavilion and Fortezza da Basso, two of the main venues in the city for art exhibitions and conventions, are also easily reachable from our hotel.

Hotel Alex is situated within a 3 km radius of the old city centre, the A1 and A11 motorway exits and Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci airport.

By Bus:
In front of the hotel 4 bus lines lead you to the heart of the Florence’s renaissance area.

By Plane/Train:
The airport and train stations are both a short taxi ride away. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus service which connects the airport with the train station. From the station, you can take buses 26 or 80 to the hotel.

By Car:
- The Firenze-Scandicci exit of the motorway is 5 minutes drive from the hotel.
- Follow the signs for the centre along Viale Etruria, take a right at the 2nd roundabout and another onto Via Baccio da Montelupo.
