This beautiful old country house, built in the 17th century on the original unit of an ancient 13th century monastery, is only 2 km from the historical centre of Lucca.

The hotel is composed of a central unit, where the owners live, and of small flats and rooms. All rooms have antique furniture and a private bathroom, as well as all modern facilities. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and has a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a children’s play area. It is possible to make use of the hotel’s bicycles without a charge and to use the internet.

Thanks to the hotel’s ideal location, it is easy to reach the Versilia beach, the Alpi Apuane and Appennino Mountains and all the artistic towns in Tuscany, including Florence, Siena and Pisa.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
