The hotel offers 26 luxurious, elegant, air conditioned double rooms and suites. Lucca is one of the few cities in the world that still has intact 15th -17th century walls that enclose the whole of the city’s historic centre. The walls are 4.5 km in length and surround Lucca’s numerous medieval churches, towers, bell towers and Renaissance palaces. Indeed, Lucca's nickname is The City Of 100 Churches.

The Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, built by the architect Nottolini over the ruins of the ancient Roman amphitheatre, is unique in terms of its architecture. Like many other Tuscan cities, Lucca also has many artworks that have been modified, renovated and expanded upon over the course of the centuries.

The world famous city of Pisa is just a 15-minute drive away and can easily be reached with the hotel as a comfortable, relaxing base.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 35 km from Galileo Galilei International Airport in Pisa. Taxis are readily available from outside the airport.

By Car (from the A11 motorway):
- From the A11 motorway, take the exit for Lucca Est.
- Carry on into Viale Europa, following the signs for the town centre.
- Go straight on at the roundabout and continue on for about 200 metres.
- Turn right before the traffic lights and pass by Porta Santa Anna and the city’s ancient walls.
- Once you enter the city and are inside the ancient walls, you will reach Piazzale Verdi, where you will turn left.
- Look for Via San Paolino on your right. The hotel is on the right-hand side of the street. Via San Paolino is a one-way pedestrian street, but there is special permission for those going to the hotel to approach by car.
