Among the range of services available, there is the chance to have frequent access to the gym, the Internet Point and the wireless connection in the hall, the garage (on payment and it must be reserved in advance), laundry service, the garden equipped with tables, the 24 hours open snack-bar, the elegant wine room, the safe at the reception, the sell of bus tickets, the booking of daily excursions in and out of Milan and the private transfer service from and to the main airports, the Fair of Milan and the New Exhibition Center of Rho-Pero and the city.

The hotel and its staff pay particular attention to the environmental problems and to the bio-architecture: within the hotel, several solutions are adopted to reduce the impact of the facilities on the environment, such as the use of alternative energy sources, low voltage light bulbs, ecological paper and toiletries with fully-recyclable packaging. The 60 rooms (single with French-size bed, twin and double with queen-size bed, triple and quadruple), extremely comfortable and welcoming, are furnished with style and simplicity, in a fine mix between classic and modern style. They are all equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi connection, direct telephone line, tv, minibar, safe, hair dryer and private bathroom with bathtub or shower.
Rooms especially fitted and fully accessible for the disabled are available on the ground floor.

At the restaurant of La Residenza Hotel the guests can taste typical italian wines and gastronomy, starting from the delicious and abundant buffet breakfast with its sweet and savoury specialities, with possibility of room service. On request it’s possible to organize parties and banquets. For soccer lovers, there is also a large screen to enjoy live matches.
Not to miss in spring and summertime the aperitif in the garden with music, drinks and delicious snacks. The hotel offers a menu à la carte. On request it is possible Half-Board treatment (dinner) with an etra EUR 20,00 per person, including a three course menu (pasta, main course with vegetables, fruit or dessert and a bottle of water 0,50 l). If the meal is not consumed, this service will be charged anyway. Breakfast is served 7:00 – 10:00;
Dinner: 19:30 – 21:00.

The hotel is 5 km far from the Duomo and the Fair Centre (Fieramilanocity), which are easily reachable by public transport.

La Residenza Hotel is also just a short distance (11 km) from the New Exhibition Centre of Rho–Pero, thanks to the proximity of the motorway.

Other nearby areas of interest include Galeazzi Hospital, the Niguarda Hospital, the famous disco Alcatraz (reachable by car in just 5 minutes), the San Siro Stadium (7 km), the Bovisa Station (approximately 2 km) and the Bovisa Campus of the Polytechnic of Milan, as well as Bicocca University (5.5 km).

The underground station (Maciachini - yellow line) is only 1 km from the hotel, which is connected by 3 bus lines (number 41, 52 and 70).

In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are supermarkets, hair salons, perfumeries, banks and all kinds of shops.

The closest underground station (Maciachini, yellow line), situated about 1 km from the hotel, can be reached by bus route 41, 52 and 70 from the hotel. The underground serves several destinations in the city centre, including the main station.
By plane:
The "Malpensa Express" train leaves the Milan Malpensa airport every 30 minutes, and takes you to the "Bovisa" railway station within just 35 minutes for only EUR 9.00. From there you can take a taxi, which will take you straight to the hotel in a few minutes (there is only a distance of 1.5 km), costs EUR 10,00. From the Linate and Orio al Serio airports, a "Shuttle" bus leaves every 30 minutes for the Milan Central Station, which is the last stop.
By train
From the Central Station, take the Metropolitan yellow line in direction "Maciachini" and step down on the third and final stop, which is in fact "Maciachini". From here you can take any of these 3 buses: No. 41 (Bovisasca), No. 52 (Comasina) or No. 70 (Bruzzano). Get down on the fifth stop at "Pellegrino Rossi-Baveno", on the corner of Via Vignati. Walk to the end of Via Vignati (about 200 metres) and turn left into Via Scialoia: you will see the La Residenza Hotel on the right-hand side of the street, just after the church. The hotel is number 3. The total journey takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
By car:
- from Bologna: take the East Ring Road in the direction of Venice; come onto the North Ring Road (A4) in the direction of Turin and exit at Cormano.
- from ’Milan Malpensa airport: take the A8 in the direction of Milan and then the A4 or North Ring Road in the direction of Venice, and exit at the Cormano interchange
- from Venice: follow the North Ring Road (A4) in the direction of Turin, and exit at the Cormano interchange.
- from Genoa: take the West Ring Road towards Turin, and then the North Ring Road in the direction of Venice, until the Cormano exit.
In Cormano, follow the directions for central Milan: when you come off the slope, make sure you keep the left and enter the 3-lane main road, go straight ahead under the overpass, and after about 500 metres take the bridge in the direction of Bruzzano-Affori, turning right towards Affori. Keep going until the end lights, and turn left into Via Astesani. Keep going for about 1 km until you get to Via Pellegrino Rossi, and turn left into Via Vignati after the Shell petrol station. At the end of the short Via Vignati, turn left into Via Scialoia where, on the right-hand side of the street just after the church, you will find the La Residenza Hotel. The distance from the Cormano exit to the hotel is about 4 km.

Parking: EUR 15.00 per day
For Linate airport (LIN) up to 4 people EUR 30.00 and up to 8 people EUR 50.00. It is accepted a 30 minutes delay of the arrival time of the flight or of the meeting time agreed in advance. In case of no show or late communication, the service will be charged on the credit card. The service can be booked sending a credit card as guarantee, flight number, airline and arrival time. The transfer service must be paid in cash at the reception of the hotel.

Transfer prywatnym samochodem z oraz na lotnisko Malpensa (MXP), jak również z i na lotnisko Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) kosztuje 75 EUR za 4 osoby.
Transfer z/na lotnisko Linate (LIN) dla 4 osób kosztuje 30 EUR, a dla 8 osób - 50 EUR. Dopuszczamy 30 minut spóźnienia, jeśli chodzi o przylot samolotu oraz umówiony czas spotkania. W przypadku nie pojawienia się Gości lub zbyt późnego powiadomienia hotelu, hotel obciąży Państwa kartę kredytową opłatą za transfer. Usługę tą można zagwarantować podając dane karty kredytowej, numer lotu, nazwę linii lotniczych oraz godzinę przylotu. Za transfer należy zapłacić w gotówce bezpośrednio w recepcji hotelu.

Przed przyjazdem hotel sprawdzi ważność Państwa karty kredytowej, jako gwarancję na wypadek nie pojawienia się Państwa w hotelu i dokona pre-autoryzacji karty (nie obciążając jej).
