The apartment, which is situated on the famous Via Fiorichiari, features a spacious and elegant living area with a comfortable lounge and a cool white fully-equipped kitchen. The separate bedroom has a large bed and a window overlooking the charming streets of Brera.

When you are not relaxing, you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of this small, fashionable Paris in the heart of Milan. With artists, open-air coffee shops and sophisticated boutiques, the bohemian area includes Via Brera, Via Solferino, Via Pontaccio, Corso Garibaldi and Corso Como, and houses the famous Pinacoteca (Palazzo Brera).

Zasady anulowania

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
80 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 20 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day.
