Informacje dla podróżujących
From the main train station (Termini)The Residenza can easily be reached on foot by walking along Via Nazionale for about 500 meters and then turning right into Via Quattro Fontane - Via Rasella is the fourth street on the left. Alternatively, you can take the metro (Line A in the direction of Battistini) and get off at the second stop (Barberini). The Residenza is only 300 meters away and can easily be reached on foot from here.
From Rome Ciampino airport
To reach the Residenza from Ciampino you can take the bus from the airport to the Anagnina metro station, which is the first station of line A. Take the metro until Barberini station and then walk to Via Rasella which is just around the corner. Alternatively, you can use the Terravision shuttle bus from the airport which will drop you off at Via Marsala (next to the main train station). Then just follow the instructions mentioned above for Termini.
From Rome Fiumicino/Leonardo da Vinci airport
You can take a taxi which will be about a 30-minute ride or you can take the "Leonardo da Vinci Express" train which stops at the main train station and see the instructions above to see how to reach the Residenza from Termini.
From the motorway/freeway
From the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare – Rome's main ring road), take exit 9 "Via Salaria" and follow the signs for the center (centro). Then drive along Via Veneto which will lead you to Piazza Barberini, and from here you can take the road where the Residenza is located (Via Rasella).
