This recently restored historic residence in the heart of Ortigia was designed in 1892 by Carlo Sada, the architect of Catania's beautiful Bellini Theatre.

Recently transformed into a hotel, this lovely building located right by the protected Plemmirio Marine Park offers a pleasant mix of old and new. The hotel's aim is to continue offering the refinement and tradition of the past, whilst providing modern facilities.

The 26 comfortable rooms are decorated in a modern style, yet are in keeping with the old fashioned nature of the building.

Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning/heating, TV, telephone, kitchen facilities.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
