This aristocratical house built on 1600, which faces the Grand Canal, is completely surrounded by two gardens with old rosery and secular trees. Wooden-beam ceiling, floors in marble decorated with mother of pearl, antique lamps in original Murano glass, a typical Venetian court-yard and the beautiful hall on the first floor, embellish the 23 rooms; each one of them has a different distinctive feature, because they are the result of a combination of high-antique furniture and original materials.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.

All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 80.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 120.00 per night and person for extra beds.
