To reach hotel, you can either use the water transport (private or public) system or enjoy a pleasant walk through the centre following the numerous signs to St. Mark’s.

By Car:
- You can either park in one of the 2 main car parks (Autorimessa Comunale or Garage San Marco) in Piazzale Roma or in the Garage dell'Isola di Tronchetto.
- From both places, you can catch a water taxi (20 minutes) or the ACTV water bus line 1 or 82 in the direction of Rialto–Vallaresso (San Marco) and get off at Vallaresso (San Marco) or San Zaccaria.

By Plane:
From Venice's International Marco Polo airport:
- Take the free shuttle bus, which reaches the marina/darsena in just a few minutes, from where you can catch a water taxi (30 minutes) or the public water bus Alilaguna. With the private taxi you could experience the thrill of stepping into the Colombina directly from the boat, using the private water-landing.

From Treviso International Airport:
- You will need to either catch a taxi (30 minutes) or an ATVO - Eurobus to Venice Piazzale Roma Terminal (one hour). From the terminal, you can catch a water taxi (20 minutes) or the ACTV public water bus line one or 82 in the direction of Rialto–Vallaresso (San Marco) and get off at Vallaresso (San Marco) or San Zaccaria.

By Train:
On leaving Venice’s Santa Lucia train station you can either catch a water taxi (15 minutes) or the public ACTV water bus line one or 82 in the direction of Rialto –Vallaresso (San Marco) and get off at Vallaresso (San Marco) or San Zaccaria.
