Hotel Firenze is located in the historic centre of Venice just 30 meters away from Piazza San Marco.
The building was first built at the beginning of the 16th century.
In 1853, it underwent a major renovation by the famous architect, Fuin. In designing the façade, he took inspiration from the Procuratie Vecchie of Piazza San Marco.
The result is amazingly elegant and stylish. With its balance of marble and iron, it retains the charm of the Liberty style.
On the fifth floor, the guests can take advantage of a beautiful balcony with a gorgeous view of the city, the basin and the San Marco basilica.

The hotel features 25 rooms with views on four floors (with an elevator), all equipped with private bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, hair-dryers, air conditioning, wireless radio, satellite TVs, safes, mini bars, stereos and telephones. The telephone outlets are fitted for Internet connection through laptops.
The décor is entirely in Venetian style and the furniture is all traditionally varnished. The wall fixtures, the floor lamps and bedside lamps are all made of glass hand crafted at one of the most prestigious Murano glass works.

By car: To get to Hotel Firenze from the Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto parking areas, take the n° 1 or n° 82 public boats. The fare is 5.00 Euros per person. The closest stop is n° 15 "Vallaresso-San Marco". From the stop, follow Calle Vallaresso to its end (about a 100 meter walk).
