Charming and welcoming apartments carefully selected and furnished with class. The apartments are located in several areas of Venice city centre and they all offer great positions for beginning the exploration of Venice; discovering its art, culture and history.
After your online booking you will receive the contact numbers in order to know more about the apartments reserved (such as location) and in order to fix an appointment with a representative for the key collection. A Member of the staff will meet you at the nearest public water bus station, bring you to the apartment, give you the keys and all information you might need in order to enjoy a comfortable holiday in Venice.

Before making a booking we kindly ask you to read carefully all the information listed on this page. Avoiding any misunderstanding we would like to remind you that listed photos could not corrispond to your apartment assigned.

Arrival and departure details:
After completing your reservation you will receive the contact numbers of our representatives in Venice. Please remember to call us, 7 days before your arrival, at one of the numbers you will receive, in order to communicate your arrival time and to schedule an appointment with our representative. When you make the check-in, you will be given the keys and more information about the apartment. Should you need to change the meeting time, please call at the same numbers, at latest 3 days before arrival.
Our staff will meet you at the nearest public water bus station (to the apartment) You will be asked for a deposit of EUR 450 against possible damages or losses caused to the property. The deposit can be paid by credit card or cheque and it will be refunded on the day of departure, after having checked that there are no damages or losses.
Checkout time is between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. on departure day.

All apartments are situated in the city centre of Venice. Please contact us in order to receive more information about the exact location of the apartment and about the meeting point.

Uwagi

Liczba osób: hotel zastrzega sobie prawo do nieprzyjęcia grupy osób, których liczba jest wyższa niż liczba łóżek w zarezerwowanym apartamencie. Dodatkowe osoby nie mają prawa wstępu do apartamentu bez pozwolenia ze strony hotelu.

Sprzątanie: Po przyjeździe będą na Państwa czekać wysprzątane apartamenty. Opłata za końcowe sprzątanie wliczona jest w cenę pokoju, która nie obejmuje jednak sprzątania kuchni/aneksu kuchennego i wyniesienia śmieci, za co odpowiedzialni są Goście. Jeśli nie wywiążą się państwo z tego obowiązku, hotel pobierze od Państwa dodatkową opłatę w wysokości 40 EUR. Jeśli potrzebują Państwo dodatkowej zmiany pościeli oraz chcieliby Państwo zamówić dodatkowe sprzątanie (w trakcie tygodnia/codziennie), firma Rentalinitaly poda Państwu koszt takich usług, który różni się w zależności od apartamentu.

Opóźnienia:
W przypadku spóźnienia się o pół godziny w stosunku do podanego czasu przyjazdu, Goście zobowiązani są poinformować o tym hotel. W innym przypadku hotel pobierze od Gości opłatę w wysokości 35 EUR. W przypadku gdy hotel nie zostanie poinformowany o późniejszym przyjeździe Gości, którzy przegapią godzinę zameldowania się w apartamencie, hotel nie ponosi za to odpowiedzialności. W takim wypadku Goście będą zobowiązani do poniesienia kosztów alternatywnego zakwaterowania.

Przyjazd po godzinie 19:30: prośby o możliwość przyjazdu w późnych godzinach (po godzinie 19:30) muszą zostać zaakceptowane i potwierdzone przez hotel. W takim wypadku Goście zobowiązani są do uiszczenia dodatkowej opłaty w wysokości 60 EUR.

Nie pojawienie się Gościa: W przypadku nie pojawienia się Gościa w uzgodnionym terminie, rezerwacja zostaje przedłużona do godziny 10:00 następnego dnia.

Zasady anulowania

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 60.00 per stay for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
