Our 8 luxury apartments are located on the top floors of the right wing of the Molino Stucky on the Giudecca Island in Venice. Most of our apartments overlook Venice. The view of this magical city keeps changing with the sunlight creating a different atmosphere in our apartments decorated in a 17th century Venetian Style. Their size varies from 45 to 90 m2 and they have high wooden ceilings, big queen size beds, spacious living rooms and bathrooms in Verona marble and all modern amenities.

Our apartments are located in the Molino Stucky, a late 19th century art nouveau grain mill on the Giudecca Island in Venice. After a long and complex restoration finished in 2003, the Molino Stucky is one of the finest and most comfortable buildings in the city. Our luxury apartments are the best way of enjoying a relaxing holiday in Venice. We assure you that the peaceful Island of the Giudecca is the best one to spend your holiday. It’s always been one of the favorite summer places of the noble Venetian families who built beautiful villas surrounded by lovely gardens and orchards, as well as churches, monasteries and convents. Some are still standing and others like the monastery of San Biagio became the Molino Stucky.

Wenecjanie twierdzą, że Wenecja przypomina kształtem rybę, a Giudecca to jej kręgosłup. Tworzy go 8 wysp o długości 2 km i szerokości 300 metrów. Na tej wyspie, położonej zaledwie kilka metrów od Placu Św. Marka, życie zawsze biegło innym trybem. Wiele weneckich rodzin szlacheckich budowało tu swoje piękne letnie wille otoczone ogrodami i sadami. Są tu także kościoły i klasztory. Z upływem czasu te religijne budynki zostały przekształcone w fabryki. Pod koniec XIX wieku stary klasztor San Biagio został przekształcony w młyn znany pod nazwą Molino Stucky. Idąc wzdłuż Canal della Giudecca mogą Państwo rozpocząć zwiedzanie kościołów na wyspie. Najsłynniejszym z nich jest Redentore zaprojektowany przez Palladio. Obecnie, na tej spokojnej wyspie mieszka wiele weneckich rodzin, które przybywają tutaj, aby odpocząć. Jest to idealne miejsce na doświadczenie typowego, weneckiego stylu życia.

Palanca is the nearest vaporetto stop. Once you reach this stop, turn right and keep walking, keeping the canal on your right hand side. It’s about a five minute walk to the Residence entrance door.
- How to get to the vaporetto stop Palanca?

From Piazzale Roma
Take vaporetto no. 82 or 41 towards the Giudecca and get off at Palanca. About 30 min.
Take a water taxi right to the residence’s door. About 15 min.

From Parking Tronchetto
Take vaporetto no. 82 or 41 towards the Giudecca and get off at Palanca. About 25 min.
Take a water taxi right to the residence’s door. About 12 min.

From Venice international airport “Marco Polo”
Take bus ACTV no. 5 or the express blue bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma bus station in Venice. From Piazzale Roma either take a vaporetto or a water taxi. Take vaporetto no. 82 or 41 towards the Giudecca and get off at Palanca. About 70 min or take a taxi right to the residence’s door. About 60 min.
Take a public water boat Alilaguna to Zattere. From here take vaporetto no. 82 towards the Giudecca and get off at Palanca (only one stop). Then walk to the residence. About 100min.
Take a water taxi right to the residence’s door. About 25min.

From Treviso’s airport
Take the express blue bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma bus station in Venice. From Piazzale Roma either take a vaporetto or a water taxi.
Take vaporetto no. 82 or 41 towards the Giudecca and get off at Palanca. About 120 min.
Take a water taxi right to the residence’s door.
About 100 min.
