By Air:
From Marco Polo Airport:
By private taxi-boat (quite expensive), leaving from just outside the 'Arrival' gate and landing in front of the hotel.
Before boarding please ask for the fare.

By shuttle-bus (cheaper) to the car bus terminal of Piazzale Roma. Then take a public boat-bus, line 82, leaving every 10 minutes, to the Rialto Bridge which is 20 metres from the hotel.

From Treviso's San Giuseppe Airport:
Take the ATVO shuttle bus for Venezia - Piazzale Roma. From here, continue with the ACTV vaporetto, line 82 for Rialto/San Marco and get off at the Rialto stop.

By Train:
From Santa Lucia train station and from car/bus terminal 'Piazzale Roma' or 'Tronchetto':

By private taxi boat direct to the hotel (expensive).
By public boat-bus, line 82, leaving every 10 minutes, to the Rialto Bridge.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night in a baby cot.
One child under 8 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
