Located on San Sebastiano canal, the hotel has a dock for water taxis, so if you are arriving at Marco Polo Venice Airport, Santa Lucia railways station or Piazzale Roma (car Terminal), the easiest and most comfortable way to reach the hotel is to take a taxi from there.

If you are coming by train or car, you can take the boat (vaporetto) number 82 from the railway station or from the car park (the car park is near the bus station Piazzale Roma) to S.Basilio stop. Then you have to walk straight ahead through Campo S. Basegio and walk along S.Sebastiano Canal for 50 metres;you will find the hotel on the right-hand side.
