Located in the heart of Venice, this hotel allows guests to immerse themselves in the magical atmosphere of a 1000-year-old city, which has remained unchanged over the centuries.

The small and comfortable hotel is situated just a few steps from Piazza San Marco, and is decorated with furniture and fabrics recalling the 18th century Venetian style. The residence is composed of 2 buildings: the first has several rooms with view over the Rio San Moise, enlivened by the passage of gondolas. The 2nd can offer you all the finest comforts, such as a jacuzzi, an elevator, a luxury welcome package with wine and fresh fruit, and all the tranquility of a house with a private patio. The 2nd building is enviably positioned along one of the most important thoroughfares in Venice and is located just 200 metres from La Fenice Theatre.

On arrival at the hotel’s first building, you will need to check-in before the hotel porter can help you to carry the luggage to the 2nd. Here, you will find a concierge created to provide you with the best treatment. At the reception desk, you can find the following free services: a boat trip to the Murano Island, free admittance ticket to the casino, free reservation service for the opera concerts in the main theatre of Venice and a free newspaper in several languages.

For any excursion, inform the hotel 7 days before, in order to guarantee a place. The excursion to Murano Island is provided individually to every guest from 09:00 to 13:00 hours. It is a motor boat trip along the Venice canals and the lagoon, passing the famous cemetery of San Michele. The trip also includes a free visit to the first glass factory of Venice built in 1389. After the visit to the Master Glass you can visit the museum and see some old antiques of the republic. The return ticket is not included.

You can either choose the standard or the superior level in the Venetian Baroque style of 1700.

The difference between the 2 categories is the space and the luxury.

The standard rooms are recommended for a short stay as they are of an adequate standard for a city room (small by US standards) and are fully-equipped with all the comforts that are present in the superior rooms

The superior rooms are larger, particularly in the 2nd building. As well as the facilities listed, these rooms contain an elevator and marble bath with jacuzzi.

All the rooms are fitted in stylish old furniture, Murano chandeliers and baroque fabrics.

Both kinds of superior room offer a view on the main street or court yard and the best light in the morning and during the day.

Budynek główny znajduje się przy najważniejszej ulicy miasta, przy której w dawnych czasach handlarze rozstawiali swoje stragany. Znajduje się one w samym sercu wszystkiego, co w Wenecji najważniejsze. Ulica ta zaczyna się przy Akademii i prowadzi do dworca kolejowego Ferrovia, przecinając całe miasto.

- You can take a taxi boat directly to the hotel for a surcharge.
- Alternatively, you can take the Alilaguna shuttle boat to Piazza S.Marco (via Murano Island and Lido di Venezia).
- It is also possible to take a taxi to Piazzale Roma, catch the orange bus number 5 to Piazzale Roma or catch the blue bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma.

By Public Transport:
From Piazzale Roma:
- Take a taxi boat directly to the hotel.
- Alternatively, take public boat lines number 1 or 82 to Calle Valaresso/S.Marco.

By Train:
- From the station, take a taxi boat directly to the hotel.
- Alternatively, take public boat lines number 1 or 82 to Calle Valaresso/S.Marco.

On Foot:
From San Marco Square:
- Search for Via XXII Marzo that is on the left corner of the square (when you you’re your back to the church) or at the end of Calle Vallaresso on the left. In Via XXII Marzo you will find a bridge and a Gucci shop. In front of the Gucci shops is the hotel’s street.
